Anscheinend wollen die beim Schwertner keine Pokale verkaufen. Ich war dort und wollte 12 Pokale kaufen. Wurde äußerst unfreundlich empfangen. Musste sofort eine Maske aufsetzen (??????????) und wollte ein paar Pokale anschauen. Da wurde ich unfreundlich auf die Onlinemöglichkeit aufmerksam gemacht. Ich möchte aber die Pokale in Natur sehen weil sie im PC oft anders aussehen. Also mich sieht dieses Geschäft nie wieder. Gott sei Dank gibt es in Graz noch andere Möglichkeiten, wo man freundlicher ist.

Trotz rechtzeitiger Anfrage konnten aufgrund eines Fehlers im Kontaktformular sowie Verzögerungen beim Kundenservice die gewünschten Pins nicht mehr rechtzeitig geliefert werden - so sind halt die Nachteile der Produktion in Asien. schade eigentlich, da ich bisher einen guten Service durch die Firma gewohnt war.

Material

Primarily we use non-ferrous metals such as brass, copper, or iron and alloys, as well. For special occasions are used also precious metals, like gold or silver. In addition, we also produce plastic coins.

Size and shape

Round outline shapes with a diameter of 20 mm to 80 mm are predominantly used for embossed coins. With the plastic variant, you can let your creativity run free. Almost all exterior shapes are possible here. We are happy to help!

Packaging

Sending coins, takes place, normally, in protective sleeves packed in 50 pieces. On request, we can also pack your coins individually and in environmentally friendly paper bag. Alternatively, we have various coin pouches, coin capsules, velvet pouches and coin cases ready for you to present your products in the best possible way.

Graphic-design-service

It all begins with your idea. If you need any help in designing your graphic, don´t hesitate to describe us your project, or send us a rough drawing. We design for you, a usable graphic template.

Production

SCHWERTNER is probably the only company in Austria that can produce voucher coins from several materials. In addition to the classic, minted coins made of metal, we also produce plastic coins in our own production. The plastic injection molding allows us to implement creative wishes for the outer shape and color design quickly and inexpensively for you. This production technique is mainly used for strikingly designed gift and voucher coins.

Bestellmenge

The minimum order quantity for metal coins is 100 pieces. Plastic coins are available from 500 pieces. Below this quantity, production makes little sense due to start-up and set-up costs. The costs would also be little profitable for you.

 

Preisliste

We calculate each product individually. Each of our products is virtually unique and is made specifically according to customer requirements. The price is determined by the size, the number of colors used, the manufacturing technique and the quantity. In addition, however, there are price scales, i.e. the higher the ordered quantity, the lower the unit price.

Grafische Vorlage

We accept your digital data in the following formats:

- Vector files (eps, cdr, ai, svg, dxf, pdf)

- Images with min. 600 dpi (jpg, tiff, png, etc.)

- Convert fixed text to curves or send fonts as True or Open Type Font.

Delivery time

We have certain lead times. Therefore, the delivery time from design clarity is approx. 5 - 6 weeks.

Next to the technical details of your future pin, you find in the offer the graduated prices, payment information and the delivery time. Confirm your order

If our offer meets your expectations, please send us your order with your graphic template. You will receive an order confirmation from us so that you can check your order details again. After you check and approve of our graphic design of your pin, the production process begins.

Step 4

Package received

After about 5-6 weeks, it should be ready. Our transport service provider will inform you by e-mail about the exact time of delivery. We are also happy to fulfil your individual wishes for transport, packaging, delivery dates and locations.

From an order value of € 50 you can conveniently pay on account with us. We offer you 8 days 2% discount, 30 days net as payment terms.
