We will process your order within one business day. Shipping for items in stock is usually within 3 business days. New Year coins are shipped 1x per week for logistical reasons. If there are delays in delivery, due to bottlenecks, we will inform you immediately. 

Shipping

We ship with the parcel service GLS throughout Europe. The shipping costs result from the weight of the order. The shipping costs for deliveries to Switzerland include the applicable customs duties for export. An overview of the respective shipping costs (plus 20% VAT) can be found in the following tables:

We offer the following options for payment:

Purchase on invoice:

From € 50,-- order value, at the currently valid payment conditions, 8 days 2%, 30 days net cash.

Prepayment:

As a possibility, if the order value is less than € 50. We will ship the ordered items after we receive the payment. If you send us a payment confirmation, we can speed up the shipment of the order.

Cash payment upon collection:

You pay directly when picking up your order in our store at Georgigasse 40, 8026 Graz. Here you have the additional option to pay with debit or credit card.
